1. INITIAL CONSULTATION
The first phase of our process is learning what you desire as our client. We will meet at your existing location and discuss the scope of your project. This time is designed for you to show us the space, ask questions, and share ideas. We will leave with photographs and measurements of the area, which will lay the foundation for our work.
Once we know what your project entails, we will create a design plan individually suited to your needs. Flooring, lighting, furnishings, fabric, etc. will be selected and prepared for presentation.
When the design phase has been completed, everything will be presented to you for approval. This is when you see the vision and direction for your space. Several options will be offered, time lines will be discussed, and product prices will be available.
After final decisions have been made, and we receive approval to move forward, our team will begin ordering all that is needed for production.
As items are received, our team will contact you to bring the vision to reality. We will try to install in as few visits as possible. Some custom orders can take 6-12 weeks, so during this phase we will be in contact with you regularly and appreciate understanding on any unexpected delays.
